Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Creative Tugs collects when you use this website.
Last updated October 18, 2026.
What we collect
If you submit a form, the site sends your name, email, phone number, chosen service, and message to the studio inbox configured on the server. A private copy is also stored on the hosting account so an inquiry is not lost if email delivery is delayed.
How we use it
Those details are used only to reply about your book. We do not sell personal information.
Manuscripts
Files you send for a quote are used to scope the project. They are not published, shared as samples, or used to train a public model.
