These terms cover use of the Creative Tugs website and, once a project is signed, the production work described in that project's agreement.

Services
We provide book publishing production: planning, editing, design, formatting, print preparation, and launch support as described in a written quote. A quote is an offer. Work starts when you approve it in writing.
Your content
You promise you have the right to publish the manuscript, images, and names you send. You remain responsible for factual, medical, legal, and technical claims. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
Rights
Copyright stays with you. We receive a limited right to edit and produce the files for the project. We do not take royalties unless a separate written agreement says so.
No sales guarantee
We do not guarantee rankings, reviews, media placement, or a number of copies sold.
Revisions and approval
Each quote names how many revision rounds are included. You approve text and design before release files are final. Changes after approval may be billed.
Payments
Fees, deposits, and refund rules belong in the project agreement. Website copy is not a promise of a specific price.
